Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from RA Champion Co. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with any original tags, seals, or protective packaging intact. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to an error by RA Champion Co. or an item that arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Kits and Personal-Use Items

Because RA Champion Co. kits may contain personal-use, wearable, topical, or consumable products, opened or used products cannot be returned for reasons of health, hygiene, and product safety.

A kit must be returned with all eligible components unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Consumable products, including food or tea, and opened topical or personal-care products are not eligible for return once their original packaging or seal has been opened.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at racare4usbyus@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the item, packaging, or shipping materials to help us resolve the issue.

When RA Champion Co. confirms that an item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional shipping cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or used personal-care or topical products
• Opened food, tea, or other consumable products
• Products with broken or removed safety seals
• Used or worn personal-use products
• Gift cards
• Items specifically marked as final sale

Please contact us if you have questions about whether a particular product is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different eligible product, you may request a return of your original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at racare4usbyus@gmail.com.

We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has entered processing or has shipped.

If the order has already shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from an error by RA Champion Co. or an item arrived damaged or defective.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at racare4usbyus@gmail.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If we offer shipping to the European Union, customers may have additional cancellation and return rights under applicable law, including a 14-day cooling-off period.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer-protection laws.
